Elderly Man Faces Charges After Attacking Girlfriend For Alleged Infidelity

ST. THOMAS — A man who resides at a senior care home is facing criminal charges for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, who also lives at the facility.  According to court documents, police were dispatched to the Lucinda Millin Home on Sunday morning to investigate a reported assault. They made contact with a woman who said that she had returned from hospital a short while ago, where she had stayed overnight.  The woman said she'd traveled back from the hospital with her boyfriend Julien King, who also lives in the home. As soon as she arrived home, she went to bed for some rest but allowed King inside her apartment. The man reportedly began to accuse her of being unfaithful and at some point began to choke her while she lay on the bed, according to court documents.
