22-Year-Old Man Killed in Contant Towers Homicide

ST. THOMAS — The V.I. Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred early Monday morning at Contant Towers Condominiums. According to the report, at approximately 2:48 a.m. on January 13, the VIPD’s 911 Emergency Call Center was alerted by the ShotSpotter detection system to multiple gunshots fired at the condominium complex. Responding officers arrived on the scene and discovered a Hispanic male who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Technicians assessed the victim but found no vital signs. The man was pronounced unresponsive at the scene. He was later identified by his next of kin as 22-year-old Dennis Eduardo Eusebio. The VIPD’s Criminal Investigation Unit is leading the investigation into the incident. Authorities are urging anyone with information about the homicide to come forward.
