Jimmy Davis, a Serial Felon, is Accused of Forcibly Raping a 15-Year-Old Girl After Being Released by Feds

ST. CROIX — Jimmy Davis, a serial felon whose rap sheet includes possession of cocaine and aggravated assault and battery, was supposed to be doing hard time in federal prison, according to a February release by the V.I. U.S. Attorney's Office. Davis has even been accused of kicking a police officer. "All of Davis’s recent sentences were ordered to run consecutive, for an aggregate total of 5 years" in federal prison, the U.S. Attorney's Office February release said. But on Saturday a "WANTED" bulletin from the U.S. Dept. of Justice started circulating, with Davis's picture front and center, stating that Davis had violated a supervised release, and asked those who may come in contact with him "use extreme caution" because "subject has violent tendencies and has been charged with assault and battery on law enforcement officers."
