Pentagon Federal Credit Union Launches First Physical Location in USVI

Pentagon Federal Credit Union has officially opened its first location in the U.S. Virgin Islands, establishing a physical presence in the territory for the first time and expanding in-person financial access for service members, Veterans, and military families. According to the Office of Veterans Affairs in the territory, the new branch opened Tuesday, February 17 at Tutu Park Mall on St. Thomas. The opening marks what officials described as a major milestone for the territory’s military-connected community. For years, service members and family members residing in the Virgin Islands have maintained longstanding PENFED memberships but were unable to access services in person without traveling to the mainland United States.
