Oriental Bank Announces Extended Branch Hours

Oriental Bank has announced the extension of service hours in its Altona, St. Thomas and Sunny Isle, St. Croix  branches this week to assist customers who need support as a result of the conversion to the Oriental system. “All of us at Oriental are committed and focused on assisting our customers and we will continue taking the necessary steps to ensure all have been served appropriately and as quickly as possible,” said Vilmarie Baez, vice President of channels operations at Oriental. Branch Lobby for Service Only  Monday - Wednesday: 8:30 AM until 5:00 p.m. Thursday - Friday: 8:15 AM until 5:00 p.m.   Due to Covid-19 and for the safety of customers and employees, the bank encouraged customers to make an appointment to visit the branches here.
