Protesters on St. Croix on Tuesday called for the ouster of Mark Krager, a white man who serves as deputy legal counsel of the V.I. Water and Power Authority, following comments Mr. Kragel made last week stating that the Black Lives Matter movement is a terrorist organization. He also wrote, "F*ck Black Lives Matter." The rant ignited an online firestorm that has led to loud calls for Mr. Kragel's removal from WAPA, among them Governor Albert Bryan and Delegate to Congress Stacey Plaskett. Watch.
