Lt. Gov. Roach Taps Legal Veteran Nadja Harrigan for Acting Chief of Staff Post

Lieutenant Governor Tregenza A. Roach announced on Friday the appointment of Attorney Nadja Harrigan as the Acting Chief of Staff for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, a move that follows the retirement of Attorney Monica Williams Carbon, who previously held the post. In making the announcement, Roach expressed appreciation for Williams Carbon’s years of public service. “We are grateful to Attorney Williams Carbon for her contributions and for her many years of service to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and, by extension, the people of the Virgin Islands,” he stated. According to the release, Harrigan is no newcomer to the administration. She began her tenure at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor in August 2023, where she has been serving as legal counsel / general counsel.
