The St. Patrick School Steel Pan Orchestra brought some excitement to D. Hamilton Jackson Day celebrations at Grove Place on Tuesday. The event, which was by no means void of action, was elevated by the rhythms of the group; a set of students from the school, most of whom appear to be below or just at their teenage years.
