ST. THOMAS — The V.I. Police Department has identified the victims of a double homicide incident that occurred in St. Thomas Sunday night.
The first victim was identified by family members as 31-year-old Marc J. Thomas, while the second victim was identified as 38-year-old Keris Kareem Phipps, a resident of St. Kitts and Nevis. Phipps was identified by next of kin as well.
