ST. THOMAS — The V.I. Police Department is seeking the community's assistance in locating 39-year-old Jean Connor in connection with a burglary incident that occurred on March 11 in the area of Palms Court Harbor View Hotel.
According to police spokesman Toby Derima, Connor is a Black male who stands approximately 5 feet 8 inches in height. He frequents the areas of Simmonds Alley, Savan, Mitchel Motel and Palms Court Harbor View Hotel.
