ST. THOMAS — V.I. Police Department detectives with the Criminal Investigation Bureau today arrested a third suspect in connection with an illicit sexual content investigation.
On December 19, 2022, CIB detectives were called to Cowpet Bay West to investigate reports of illicit sexual content in the possession of certain individuals. After a thorough investigation, arrest warrants were issued for three suspects in connection to the case.
On April 5, 2023, V.I. Police Department's CIB detectives arrested 48-year-old Jermain Turnbull and 52-year-old Zeff Blyden after securing arrest warrants on March 22, 2023. The third suspect, 61-year-old Arlington Graham, surrendered to the Richard Callwood Command on April 7, 2023, accompanied by his legal counsel.
All three suspects have been charged with prohibition of visual medium depicting sexually explicit conduct. Graham's bail was set at $20,000.
The arrests highlight the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to crack down on the possession and distribution of illegal content.
