KINGSTON, Jamaica, CMC – Jamaica has recorded 17 additional cases of persons who have tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total tally to 381.
According to the latest statistics, 222 persons are from the central parish of St Catherine.
Of the total number of cases, 149 are males, and 232 females.
Most of the cases in the parish are linked to the Alorica call centre in St. Catherine.
To date, there have been 29 recoveries and seven deaths.
