The Virgin Islands Consortium will be carrying live today's combined Children's and Adults Parades — if the weather permits — as part of our coverage of carnival activities on St. Thomas.
Our coverage will go live by 11:00 a.m., and will include interviews with performers, dignitaries, and excellent hosting by Madga Mooleenar and Brandon Varlack.
