The VA Caribbean Healthcare System in U.S. Virgin Islands, St. Thomas is seeking to rent sufficient rentable square footage to yield 1,843 contiguous net usable square feet of medical office. Acceptable space may range by 5 percent.
On-site reserve parking for approximately 10 designated parking spaces and 5 (ABAAS). Space offered must be either a new, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use and located on the ground floor. A fully serviced twenty (20) year lease with a firm-term of five (5) years will be considered.
The space must be located within the following delineated area:
