In compliance with a Writ of Execution issued by the District Court of the Virgin Islands, the District Court Marshal has announced a public sale of a property located at Parcel No. 260-54 Estate Anna's Retreat, No. 1 New Quarter, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The sale will take place at the Office of the U.S. Marshal, located at the Ron de Lugo Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 5500 Veterans Drive, Suite 260, St. Thomas, on July 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

This judicial sale will be conducted under the provisions of 5 VIC 484 et seq. Interested bidders must deposit ten percent (10%) or more of the purchase price with the Marshal by the close of business on the sale date or by 4:00 p.m., whichever is earlier. The remaining balance must be paid within thirty (30) days.
