It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David E. Harrigan, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend. He passed away on January 14, 2026.

David was born on March 13, 1930, in Island Harbour, Anguilla. Years later, he moved his family to St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands where he served as a faithful member & servant of God at the Way of the Cross Baptist Church.

David is survived by his children: Tyrone Hodge, Adelma Harrigan, Mary Freeman, Pastor Beltane Harrigan, Erica Gregory, Linda Harrigan, and Monica Harrigan; grandchildren: Rocklyn Hodge, Debra Hodge, Kevin James, Shonda James, Michael (Reka) Freeman, Michelle (Alvin) Arnold, Kennedy (Jill) Harrigan, Jamie Harrigan, Sara Hafner, Markus Hafner, Aden Johnson, Shaynah Harrigan, Daynah Smith; great grandchildren: Devon Burkes, Isaiah Cherry, Breyanna James, Brent James, Alvin Arnold III, Taliah Prince, Arielle Prince, Lohvyna Hafner

A Celebration of David’s life and funeral service will be held on January 31, 2026, at Way of the Cross Baptist Church, #23B Work & Rest, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00851.

The viewing begins at 9:00 A.M. and the service begins at 10:00 A.M. There is also a viewing on Friday, January 30, at 5:00 P.M. -7:00 P.M. at Kingshill Funeral Home for the family and the public.
