St. Croix waste haulers, in one accord, continue to protest Waste Management's new tipping fees. They gathered outside W.M.A.'s Williams Delight offices on Tuesday morning, demanding a stay on the fees. The stay was not granted, but W.M.A. says it will return to the Public Services Commission to recommend a territory-wide flat rate. However, a date for the PSC meeting was not given.
