During a press conference at Government House on Friday morning, Governor Kenneth Mapp announced federal funding of $9.3 million for flood mitigation in La Grange, a project the governor said will seamlessly tie into the construction of the Paul E. Joseph Stadium, the project that has been stalled for four years.
