Island Dairies, which went out of business in 2011, now has new owners and a new offering: Vodka distilled from breadfruit. The facilty has been renamed Sion Farm Distillery, and will be open to the public sometime in April, with a grand opening event set for July-August. We visited the operation on Tuesday. Watch.
