Hurricane Irma aftermath: St. John residents and tourists arrived on St. Croix last night, after being displaced by Irma. The tourists will attempt to head to their homes as soon as possible, while the displaced residents will be housed temporarily, pending FEMA-assisted long-term relocation. Watch.
