A concrete truck overturned at the traffic lights near the Canegata Ballpark entrance in Gallows Bay, and slammed into a building. The accident slowed traffic for most of Monday. (Police say the concrete truck, owned by High Quality Concrete, appeared to have lost brakes while driving down the hill from the Bypass, swerved to avoid hitting a car and flipped.)
