Colleagues welcomed four V.I.P.D. officers, above center, at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport on Tuesday as they returned from the New York City Police Academy, treating the four men to gifts and hugs. The officers spoke highly of the experience, but expressed joy in being back home, as they'd missed their families and colleagues. The four officers from the St. Thomas-St. John district were to arrive yesterday as well.
