Bernard Cuffy, owner of a plot of land in Clairmont on St. Croix, who recently won a judgement from the Superior Court allowing him to move forward with clearing the rightful, legal pathway to his land, showed us the graded road on Sunday. Mr. Cuffy said it took less than a week for the work to be done. Watch.
