Supporters of Governor Kenneth Mapp and candidate for governor Albert Bryan made the streets near Joe's Bar and Grille, which is near the Election System of the Virgin Islands on St. Croix, their domain with dancing, singing, hollering and waving for their candidate of choice, in what was a historic show of Democracy.
