St. John's Victor Provost fell in love with the Steel Pan in elementary school and never looked back. Provost is a trained Jazz Musician who has taken pan to new heights, from touring the world along side numerous renowned musicians (to include one of the top jazz ensembles in the world Dion Parson & 21st Century Band) to teaching pan at George Mason University in Virginia.
