VIPD Public Information Officer Kevin Jackson announced the following arrests on St. Thomas from July 9-14.
Sunday, July 12, 2015 – Lucias McColgan, 35 of Anna’s Retreat was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disobeying a lawful order. Unable to make bail of $1,000, McColgan was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections, pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

Monday, July 13, 2015 – Dwayne Matthias, 40 of Ross Estate was arrested and charged with third degree assault. Mathias was unable to post bail of $35,000 and was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
Tuesday, July 14, 2015 – Stacey Clarke, 38 of Frenchman’s Bay was arrested and charged with simple assault (DV), in an incident where she struck her husband leaving visible injuries. Clarke was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.
