The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is hereby soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Architectural/Engineering firms for the purpose of entering into a multi-year contract for Consulting/Engineering Services for the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (HERA). Complete RFQ packets may be obtained at a cost of ($25.00 each) from the office of Purchasing at Virgin Islands Port Authority, Administrative Building, 8074 Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, USVI and from the office of Purchasing at Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St Croix, USVI. Fee must be paid to the Cashier’s Office located at the main terminal at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in St. Croix, VI or at the Crown Bay Office in St. Thomas, VI, prior to package pickup at Purchasing. Firms may also make payment via credit card by completing a credit card authorization form, which can be found on VIPA’s website. The completed form should be e-mailed to [email protected].
Sealed qualifications shall include one (1) original and four (4) copy sets which are to be delivered to the Purchasing Department at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, VI and/or the Purchasing Department at the Administrative Building, St. Thomas, VI, no later than 2:00 p.m. AST, Monday, April 6, 2020.
