The second floor of the Urman Fredericks Marine Terminal’s parking garage will be closed on November 14 – 15. The closure is to allow VIPA’s contractor to install the concrete expansion joint and provide time for the concrete to cure. The second floor will reopen on November 16, 2019.
The installation of the elevator and protective awning covering the stairwell at the parking garage was completed last week. Parking equipment installation should be completed by December 2019. VIPA apologizes for the inconvenience of the temporary closures as it works to complete the final components of the new parking garage
