Sealed Proposals for the furnishing of all labor, material, services and equipment for construction of the Mooring Bollard Access Gangway Project at the Wilfred “Bomba” Allick Port Facility, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands will be received by the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) electronically at [email protected] until 2:00PM, Wednesday, August 19, 2020. Bids will be publicly opening and read aloud via webcast by logging into https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/733939725 from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and a site walk-through will be held on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 10AM at the Wilfred “Bomba” Allick Port Facility.
Bidders are invited to submit proposals on the Proposal Forms provided.
The complete invitation to bid including specifications, drawings, and proposal forms may be obtained electronically at a cost of ($50 each) by bona fide bidders by downloading and completing the credit card authorization form which can be found on VIPA’s website at http://www.viport.com/bids.html. The completed form should be e-mailed to [email protected].
All Proposals must be submitted as set forth in Section 00120 “Bid Requirements and Conditions.” No Proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Proposals for a period of ninety (90) days.
The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the rights to waive any informalities in or reject any and all Proposals, or to re-advertise for Proposals.
