The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is soliciting bid proposals from vendors to provide emergency road-side clearing and debris removal services in both the St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix District.  Bids will be received through Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Complete invitation to bid packets may be obtained at  the office of Purchasing at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (“HERA”) (340) 778-2830, the Office of Purchasing at the Administrative Building, St. Thomas, VI (340) 774-1629 or VIPA’s website at www.viport.com.  The completed form should be e-mailed to [email protected].

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this bid shall be submitted to [email protected] on or before June 22, 2020. All responses will be issued via an Addenda by no later than June 26, 2020. 

Bids will be received electronically by the Authority.  All bid proposals shall be submitted to [email protected]. Bidders shall indicate in the e-mail subject line: Bid Submittal- [STT/STJ or STX] -Emergency Road-Side Clearing and Debris Removal Services.
