ST. THOMAS — Frontier Airlines is resuming its service between Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas and Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, according to an announcement from the V.I. Port Authority during its Tuesday board meeting.
VIPA Executive Director Carlton Dowe expressed satisfaction with the resumption of the airline's service, which connects the USVI and Puerto Rico. The resumed service began on Sunday, June 18, and will operate on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, VIPA said.
"This affordable air service will link the US Virgin Islands with multiple connecting routes that service both the western and eastern Caribbean, as well as additional routes in the United States," said Dowe. The service strengthens the connectivity of the region, enhancing accessibility for both tourists and residents alike.
