The Dept. of Tourism's presence in New York for the Labor Day Weekend was strong this year. The move was part of D.O.T.'s strategy to promote the upcomnig festivals and carnival, as well as utilizing VI Ambassadors to spread the word that the U.S. Virgin Islands is open for business.
