ST. CROIX -- Olivia Travel Group, Inc., the organizer of a cruise ship visit to St. Croix carrying 2,100 L.G.B.T.Q. women, will host an all-day affair on St. Croix on Friday, with activities planned for the visiting L.G.B.T.Q. women from morning until 3:00 p.m.

That's according to a press invite Olivia Travel Group, Inc., sent out to media houses today. The company, which is celebrating 45 years of providing travel and entertainment options focused on L.G.B.T.Q. women, has not been to St. Croix since the early 1990s, according to information provided in the invite.

The women will be welcomed to St. Croix by Senator Janelle Sarauw, according to information provided in the invite. Ms. Sarauw is openly gay.

Local activities are being organized by St. Croix Pride, a local nonprofit focused on the L.G.B.T.Q. community of St. Croix. The activities include the following, according to the invite:
