Newly Renovated Apartments for Rent at Walter I.M. Hodge Pavilion, St. Croix

The Walter I.M. Hodge Pavilion, located at 1 Centerline Road in Frederiksted, St. Croix, is offering 248 newly renovated affordable housing units. These units are part of a project financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program. The pavilion boasts a variety of amenities, including a management office, community center, senior center, playground, basketball court, seating areas, parking, and a community gardening area with planting boxes. Apartment interiors feature stainless-steel EnergyStar appliances, efficient electric water heaters, low-flow kitchen and bath fixtures, new windows, doors, flooring, cabinets, LED lighting, and ceiling fans.
