USVI leaders, among them Governor Albert Bryan, Delegate to Congress Stacey Plaskett, Senate President Novelle Francis and Police Commissioner Trevor Velinor on Sunday morning came together to speak out against racial descrimination and other injustices that have affected the black and other minority communities for centuries. The event was organized by the Office of Delegate Plaskett.
