Senator Terrence Nelson and the University of the Virgin Islands will host a forum on medical marijuana on Monday, August 18th, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the UVI Great Hall conference room.
The forum will feature healthcare professionals as panelists who will be discussing the medicinal benefits of the aforementioned plant. There will be a half-hour documentary starting at 6 p.m., and the forum will continue thereafter until 9 p.m.
Those attending will have the opportunity to ask questions to the healthcare professionals who will make up the panel.
