With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Elmira Leo, affectionately known as Miss Leo or Miss Vera of Bois d’Inde. She departed this life peacefully at OKEU Hospital, St. Lucia, on the evening of May 10, 2025, at approximately 11:45 p.m., at the age of 82.

She is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Darius Leo, also known as “Pal Mwe,” and a large family who will forever cherish her memory.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Temple of Faith Odsan Pentecostal Church, St. Lucia. A viewing begins at 1:00 p.m., and she will be laid to rest at Jacmel Cemetery.

The funeral service will be live-streamed via We Live 758 on YouTube.

Her body rests at Crick’s Funeral Home, Vide Bouteille, Castries.


 

She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and faith.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
