The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is soliciting Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified, licensed, and certified Contractors to provide service and maintenance to its generators in the St. Croix District. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Authority’s electronic procurement system at https://viportbids.ionwave.net, by no later than 2:00 p.m. AST, Thursday, March 30, 2023. 

The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all necessary labor, materials, and equipment required to provide preventative maintenance inspections and emergency repairs as requested. The services under this Contract will be for one year, with two one (1) year extension at the discretion of the Authority. 

The Authority reserves the right to impose additional or alternative selection criteria, as it deems necessary.

Interested Respondents may view the RFP through the Authority’s website at https://viportbids.ionwave.net. Entities wishing to submit a response must register as a Supplier and upload their response to the portal.
