The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) has announced a public hearing for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC) to be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, starting at 9:00 a.m. This hearing will take place virtually via the Zoom platform.
Public Hearing Details
The hearing is being conducted in accordance with Section 717, Chapter 12 of Title 29, Virgin Islands Code, as amended. Interested participants can access the meeting using the following Zoom link, with prior registration required:

The VIEDC will review the following applications during the hearing:
- Historic Area Revitalization Project (HARP) - New application, St. Thomas, USVI
- KCV Associates, Inc. d/b/a St. John Brewers - New small business application, St. Thomas/St. John, USVI
- LV USVI Investment & Management, LLLP - New application, St. Thomas, USVI
- TrillaMed Global, LLC - New application, St. Croix, USVI
Governing Board Meeting
Following the public hearing, a decision meeting for the VIEDC and VIEDA (Hotel Development Program: Haven Development LLC) will be held via Zoom, in accordance with V.I. Code Title 1, Section 254, as amended.
The VIEDA Board of Directors and subsidiary Boards reserve the right to enter executive session at any point during the meetings as allowed by law.
