Pursuant to V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) hereby gives notice to all interested parties that its Governing Board Decision Meetings will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

The meetings will address matters related to the Enterprise Zone Commission, as well as applications and compliance matters for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission.

The sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Interested individuals may join the meeting by registering in advance at the following link:

Please be advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary Boards may enter executive session at any time during the meetings, as permitted by 1 V.I.C. § 254.
