The V.I. Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) has announced a Governing Board Decision Meeting, slated to take place on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 9 a.m. In accordance with the Virgin Islands Code Annotated Title 1, Section 254, as amended, the meeting will deliberate on application and compliance issues concerning the V.I. Economic Development Commission. It will also address matters pertaining to the Economic Development Bank and the Economic Development Authority.

Due to the ongoing public health considerations, the meeting will be conducted via Zoom, a software-based platform that facilitates audio and video communication. Interested parties are invited to attend virtually.

Attendees are further advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session at any point during the meetings as stipulated in 1 V.I.C. § 254.
