Overview:

Sunny Isle Baptist Church (SIBC) is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the Church exterior lighting and/or CCTV camera installation project. The scope of work includes the installation of eight (8) solar lights and eight (8) CCTV cameras. A detailed scope of work will be provided during the mandatory site evaluation visit.

Bid Requirements:

• Site Evaluation Visit - all bidders must visit the project site to assess the requirements and conditions. Site visits will be held from Jul 1 -14, 2025, between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
• References: Bidders must provide three references from previous clients or organizations.
• Licensing: Contractors must hold a valid UEI license and ERP certification.
• Bid Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM on Aug 4, 2025.
• SIBC encourages all qualified contractors to participate in this bidding process. The church values expertise and innovative solutions and looks forward to working with the selected contractor on this important project.
