The Economic Development Park Corporation (EDPC), through the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (USVIEDA), will conduct a silent auction for two (2) 40-foot shipping containers with accompanying chassis and contents. The containers, located on St. Thomas, include unspecified miscellaneous items such as tools, equipment, machinery, and materials.

Auction Details:

• Date: Friday, June 13, 2025

• Location: Virgin Islands Industrial Park, #73 Subbase, St. Thomas, USVI 00802 (top of the hill at Subbase)

• Time: Auction begins at 10:30 a.m. AST

Attendance is mandatory to be eligible to submit a bid.

Schedule:

• Inspection Period: 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

• Bid Submission: Bidders will receive bid sheets at 11:00 a.m., which must be sealed and placed in a locked box.

• Deadline to Submit Bids: 12:00 p.m. AST on the day of the auction

• Bid Opening: All submitted bids will be read aloud, and the highest bid will be declared the winner.

Payment and Removal:

Winning bidder(s) must submit payment and remove the container units by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 20, 2025.
