The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR), a division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (PFA), is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed vendors to provide professional warehouse management and security services. The ODR is soliciting experienced vendors capable of fulfilling the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP 004-2024-STX/STT/STJ).

Prospective vendors must submit a comprehensive proposal detailing their experience in warehouse management and security services. All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated based on the qualifications criteria specified in the RFP, and respondents must address all components of the scope of services.
