The Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Croix, has issued notice in the matter of the Estate of Asquith I. Carr, deceased (Case No. SX-2025-PB-00147). A Verified Petition for Settlement of Estate With Administration has been filed with the court for the settlement of the estate.

All persons having claims against the estate are required to present them, duly verified, to the appropriate representative. Any persons indebted to the estate are requested to make prompt payment to the undersigned.
