In compliance with the Virgin Islands Code Annotated Title 1, Section 254, as amended, the Economic Development Bank announces a Governing Board Decision Meeting scheduled for 9 AM on Thursday, September 14, 2023. The meeting will be conducted through Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications.

Interested parties are invited to attend the virtual meeting by registering in advance via the following Zoom link: Zoom Meeting Registration. Pre-registration is mandatory for participation.

Attendees are advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary boards may enter into an executive session at any point during the meeting, as stipulated by 1 V.I.C. § 254.
