he Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) hereby gives notice that, pursuant to Section 717, Chapter 12, Title 29 of the Virgin Islands Code, as amended, the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

The public hearing will concern the application of ACTA Holdings, LLC, listed as a Category IV: Investment Management and Family Office Services business. The application type is New, and the business location is the St. Thomas/St. John District.

Interested individuals may attend the meeting via Zoom. Advance registration is required for each attendee.

Any person interested in the approval or disapproval of an application, or who wishes to make a statement regarding an application or any other matter to be considered at the hearing, may appear and be heard. Persons wishing to provide comments must submit written notice to the Chief Executive Officer at least 24 hours prior to the hearing, stating the matter on which they wish to be heard and the approximate length of their remarks.

Notice of Governing Board Decision Meetings

Pursuant to V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, decision meetings will be held following the public hearing to consider application, compliance, and/or other matters for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission and the Enterprise Zone Commission.

Please be advised that the VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary boards may enter executive session at any time during the meetings, in accordance with 1 V.I.C. § 254.
