The Superior Court of the Virgin Islands has scheduled a hearing in the matter of the Estate of Alva Edward Hodge, Sr. (also known as Alva Hodge, Alva Hodge, Sr., and Alva E. Hodge), deceased.

An application has been submitted for probate of the last will and testament of the deceased and for the issuance of letters testamentary. The Court has ordered that Elizabeth Viera of 160 Sion Hill, Christiansted, VI 00820; Ajari Allen Phillips of John F. Kennedy, Bldg. 9, Apt. 83, Christiansted, VI 00820; Alva Edwards Hodge, Jr. of 5753 Hawks Town Way, Litia, FL 33547; and all others concerned appear before the Superior Court on September 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom video conferencing to show cause why the application should not be granted.
