Frederiksted Health Care, Inc. has applied for a HRSA FY 2024 Behavioral Health Services Expansion (BHSE-H8N) Program grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

The organization proposes to renovate approximately 2,000 square feet of existing administrative office space at 516 Strand Street, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00840, to support expanded behavioral health services.

Floodplain Management Impact

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that this proposed action is within a floodplain, as defined by Section 2(a)(4) of Executive Order 11988 for Floodplain Management. Comments regarding the potential impacts of the proposed action on the floodplain are invited.
