The Virgin Islands Port Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed plumbers to provide on-call plumbing maintenance and repair services at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (“HERA”) and five (5) of its Marine Facilities located in St. Croix, Virgin Islands. Request for Proposal packages may be obtained for Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($50.00) from the Purchasing Department at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. Fee must be paid to the Cashier’s Office located at the main terminal prior to package pickup in Purchasing.

Last Day to Submit Proposals: Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 2:00 PM (AST) 

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Maintenance Office, Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, VI, with a site visit immediately following. All interested parties shall submit one (1) original and five (5) copy sets of proposals, which shall be addressed to:
